MAUNi uses WhatsApp as an accessible communication layer. Your MAUNi account remains the secure home for your profile, learning, certification and sensitive information.

Other members may be able to see your telephone number.
Depending on WhatsApp and Community settings, your profile name, photo and telephone number may be visible to other participants. Joining is always a separate, optional decision. MAUNi will not add you automatically and will never use a group for confidential coaching or case information.

Published moderation hours
The pilot is actively facilitated on Fridays, 10:30am–4:00pm UK time. Messages outside those hours may not be seen promptly. A named MAUNi staff member retains safeguarding and platform authority.

This is not an emergency or crisis service.
Do not post medical records, safeguarding details, case information or identifiable personal histories. For immediate danger or urgent medical risk, contact local emergency services.
